After setting this up, I wasn't too sure what kind of workout I was going to get with this machine. At first I thought it was easy but then I realized I had this on the lowest setting. I decided to challenge myself and lift it up, this was a bad idea. I ended up slightly hurting myself, however, I have since healed. I suggest that if you are a beginner with this machine, have it on the lowest setting and then work your way up. I found this to be a lot easier. I have watched my spouse and teenager use this and they are about midway but started low first.This was really easy to setup and what I love about this machine is it's fully collapsible. I'm able to slide this under my bed, put it in my closet or just lean it up against my wall. This machine is really easy to use but it really does give you a workout. The padding on the pole areas are all still there and show no signs of tearing even though this gets used almost daily. I have now had this machine for about 2 months and this thing is still going. This machine uses your own body to use as you workout. At first I thought I was just going to be working out my core but this machine gives you a full body workout. I did find keeping a towel on the pads does help when laying down only because I sweat a lot and don't care for the feeling of it sliding on the pads. I do use bleach free cleaning wipes on this machine and even with those, the pads and machine are definitely holding up.Since using this machine, I'm seeing more definition and toning in my arms and abs. I suffered a lower back injury and can honestly say that this machine has helped strengthened my core enough that I no longer have lower back issues. This does come with a manual that shows you a variety of ways to use this machine and not matter which exercise I move, it really does give you that full body workout. Plus when we're all done using this machine, it folds down and hardly takes up any space.
