I got this chair as I'm admittedly frugal and try not to buy based on brand alone. While this isn't the worst chair I've had, it is certainly not the best, either.It took me HOURS to assemble the chair, especially getting that final screw in that attaches the right arm rest to the seat cushion; the holes don't quite line up, so you have to do a lot of tugging and struggling to hold it in the exact place.It lasted a good while once put together, but that very same screw is now stripped beyond repair, and the right arm is out of place, which throws off the entire back support, which was the main reason I bought the char.Not sure if I'd buy from this brand again, as again, it was a very tedious assembly process and I'm still not sure why you went with allen wrench assembly instead of a traditional screwdriver.If you're looking for a really nice chair, then look no further. This chair is the best. I had been looking for a work from home chair since 2020. All the ones from the major stores were super expensive so I didn't think that I would find a quality chair on Amazon. I decided to just try it and I'm so glad I found this one. It was so easy to assemble, that I even did it by myself. It's very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The massage feature will need a block to use but I actually like this about this chair. I love this chair and show it off on all my Zoom meetings.I think this product is pretty much exactly what I was expecting to get. Its pretty cheap for a chair like this, and the "massage" worked for a while, but it has started making a high pitch noise. I've only had the choir for max a month so its a little disappointing it already broke.I bought this for my husband as he had wore his old one out. I assembled it myself and had to test out the massaging feature. It's actually a small pillow that straps to the chair that massages you hook it up to your computer. It is pleasant although not very strong. And he's enjoying it immensely.Chair is very comfortable but I honestly expected more seat “cushion” than what is there. I purchased this chair because I have a bad back so the extra supports and the massaging aspect are great. Con: you sweat like a mother of sitting too long. I had to put down a towel to prevent this from happening again.Chair is good but the arms dig into sides of legs.the arms are crooked one is lower than the other and the screws keep falling out. have had this chair less than a year and will have to replace very soon. the little caps that cover the screws have all fallen out and the screws no matter how tight you get them end up coming out every few weeks. the fabric on the arms is already falling apart and ripping just from normal use.Bought this for my grandson to use while gaming...he loves it. Was so easy to put together he and his sister did it themselves.I ordered this chair about a month ago. Delivery was fast and efficient and I was happy with it. After about 3 weeks. I think something broke and it started to make strange noises and jerky movements when sitting on it. I tried to return the product and I found out that I have to pay for the return which Canada post did not accept due to large size (cost 70$) and I have to send it with UPS or similar post which will be around 120$. Now I am stuck with the chair and don't know what to do with it. I will appreciate it if the seller pays for the return.
