On the plus side: it fits quite well, which is a big deal for us plus size ladies. It’s also fairly decent quality and is comfortable. I also like the wide belt straps, and I like crushed velvet. The color is nice too.On the minus side: it doesn’t look anywhere near as glamorous as the picture on the website, and is definitely not worth $99!!! This item should be about $50 at most. I received a $100 Amazon gift card from a coworker for Christmas, so this didn’t really cost me anything except tax, but if this item hadn’t been so overpriced, I could’ve bought more with the gift card.I’ll be keeping it because I really needed a bathrobe, and because I am basically satisfied with it. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone pay full price for it. I would only suggest you get it if someone gives you a gift card.The robe is absolutely beautiful! It’s very comfortable and warm without being bulky. If you are a big girl and somewhat tall this robe is perfect. I’m 5’ 8” and scale in over 250lbs and let’s just leave it at that. The length touches the top of my feet. I did get the xtall 3X. The sleeves could be a smidge longer but they aren’t too short. The pockets are deep enough to put my iPhone 11 Pro into w/o it popping out when I sit down. As for customer service, you can’t beat it. There was a bit of a problem with the shipping, not the fault of Sanctuaries, the owner herself contacted me very quickly about the issue and got it fixed in no time at all. I will definitely be shopping their store again. They have gained a loyal customer. Thank you Jackie for all of your help and delivering a great product!!The belt is sewn on each side and long enough to find and tie. The navy, poly, velvet is pretty and washes well on delicate. I'm 5 ft 3 in wear so 12 and LG fits perfectly. Really love this robe.Absolutely love the robe! It’s oversized as I wanted, I went to a tall to get the feet covered as the regular comes to my ankles. Sleeves are long and flowy as expected.I underestimated the size and length I returned and ordered a smaller size . Too gorgeous to pass up. Cant wait for it to arrive. Will be ordering another one in a different color. I loved it.Poorly made for the cost. The material is thinner than expected. Was shorter than expected. I'm only 5'4, and it skimmed my ankles. It is poorly sewn - the pockets don't lay flat and the hem in back is noticeably uneven. For this cost, I thought I would have a luxurious dressing/lounging gown, but it didn't hang nor flow properly. Returned and was charged for shipping!! NOT WORTH $100!!! Well, I guess more than that including tax and return shipping cost. Save your money!!Fabric and construction quality is good however the sizing appears to be off, fits more like a large than normal industry standard of plus size ordered; returned.Better than expected and arrived way earlier than expected.
