I have a 22 lb Maine Coon and wanted a light weight carrier for infrequent vet visits. This assembles easily in a few minutes. I purchased “up to 35 lb” option and I believe it will fit him purr-fectly. Turning wheels are a plus. Sides and top open to sturdy screen fabric for air flow and are easy roll up & secure. The double handle will be great so my husband and I can carry him downstairs while in it. I would not use it for a multi day trip, but it should provide comfort for short trips. Collapses for under bed storage.I LOVE this carrier! I have a giant rabbit that I take a lot of places and trying to find a carrier that was big enough and practical enough for him seemed impossible. I found this and wish I had ordered it sooner! I realized how uncomfortable the last carrier was for him when I got this one. It’s spacious enough for him to lay down or stand up and be comfortable. It’s sturdy and well made and JUST easy enough to carry while also having the option to put it on the little cart with wheels. The fabric and construction seem very high quality, looks like an attractive piece of luggage. Easy to pull around and the dogs seemed OK with it. The handle is a bit flimsy but the rest of the item is very sturdy. Can't rate the durability as I just received it today. I liked that the bottom frame was a solid piece rather than a few bars. More than enough room for my 25 pound mixed breed.I am using the carrier to transport my 2 cats out of my condo, down the elevator to the basement parking lot and into my car. After driving to my destination the cats are the wheeled to the outside chosen area. I am hesitant to pull this pet carrier for long distances as I am not certain of the durability of the wheels which are quite small. The 2 straps inside the carrier for attaching the pet leashes to are thin with cheap metal clips which look like they may break after long time use. The pulling handle is good enough but could be improved regarding the ability & ease to turn the carrier around. On the whole I am quite pleased with this carrier and glad to have a means of transporting my pets!!!This is an ideal cat carrier if your cat is a little on the hefty side. My Mom’s cat is 18lbs so she found it difficult to carry him in a standard carrier, this one has plenty of room for him, and the “dolly” makes it super easy to pull him to the car and back. Once at the car, just disconnect the dolly and put the carrier on the seat. She keeps it open in the living room and the cat even likes to use it as his own little house.Fits both my adult cats.. Very easy to use and very heavy duty!Only wish there was a more sturdy clasp than Velcro only to hold the pulling arm to the side.
