worked great at first , traveling in uniform lines now it goes any where it wants. Dust (water bin) hard to clean out. It is powerful enough to clean nicelyThis cleaning robot is, way better my expectations. It looks slow, but It cleans the very tiny dusts, that can not even noticeable in human eyes. Very nice for Under bed cleaning as well. With out dismantling or moving the bed, robot will clean it nicely. It’s very easy to operate, With remote control or smartphone. One thing that I loved this robot is..the charging method! When the robot is out of battery, it will not stack up, automatically it will start go to charging station, It doesn’t need no one’s help, to get charged.With this little robot my carpet stays clean and nice all the time. I’m a busy working mother with a toddler and animals and I must say! This is life changing. I always wondered why people had these things and now I get the hype.It truly picks up the pet hair I was surprised. I have two cats, and I also have a toddler that does all the sensory sands and it picks up her sand mess! It does the job and it does it well! I am a bit of a vacuum hoarder I hate to admit this, I love vacuums, I love cordless vacuums the most, and I love pet vacuums as well and this this is just the icing on the cake.. especially if mops too. How cool is that?!Now onto the cool stuff, it has a remote if you’re into that, it works with Alexa, if you want to do all the fun voice commands too. It also comes with some extras too, an additional filter and some brushes. I liked that! You will have to get your own solution. I do suggest this. It’s slick looking, also would be a nice gift item for someone too.This is a great 2 in 1 vac and mop robot.It has a good long battery, it charges easily.The system will automatically dock on the charging port so that is a good function.Good cleaning range, picks up a good amount of mess.The mopping does a decent job.The app is easy to use.Overall, this a great Robot vac/mop, a great value.I currently own an old 500-series Roomba, and over the years I've owned several other robot vacuums. In my experience, although the Roombas I've own have had their flaws, overall they've always been better than the other brands I've tried.This TECBOT, for example, is quieter than my Roomba, and that's a nice feature. But it doesn't clean as well, and it gets (actually "used to get" -- more on that later) stuck on the edge of an area rug I have in one room. Another thing that bugs me, though it really doesn't do any harm, is the VERY thick accent of the recorded voice that announces what the vacuum is doing. When it starts cleaning it yells out "Start mulking da floor." I've heard this announcement about 100 times now, and I still can't figure out what the word that sounds like "mulking" is supposed to be.More serious is the way the vacuum would get stuck on an area rug I have in one room. This is an ordinary small rug, not very thick and with no rug mat underneath it. Looking at the underside of the TECBOT, it was clear why this was happening: The leading edge of the front bumper is designed with a sharp corner close to the floor, and naturally this is going to catch on any rug it encounters. Being something of a DIY-er, I unscrewed this part of the TECBOT's bumper and rounded over that sharp edge with a belt sander and a buffing wheel. Since making that modification the robot no longer gets snagged on my rug. But the fact that I could gin up this improvement to the robot is a clear indication of the TECBOT having an immature design.And that's something that can't be said about Roomba vacuums. iRobot has been making Roombas for decades, and they've had plenty of time to fix all the little "gotchas" of robot vacuum design.
