Take aluminum handle and attach to top platform used 2 provided screws. (The top platform has four holes in the center and two holes on the side. The handle will be facing the front of the unit)
I installed the casters to the base platform, securely tightening nut with provided wrench
I installed the top platform to the center pillar with 4 of the provided screws. (The top platforms front handle should be facing the same side as the outlets located on the center pillar, which the outlets and switch should be closer to the bottom of the unit)
I flipped the pillar and top platform upsidedown to screw on the base using 4 of the provided screws. (The front of the base in the side that has a curved edge)
I repositioned the unit right side up and installed the tray with 3 of the provided screws. The tray is attached to the center pillar, rear of the unit
One thing that actually had me a bit confused were the strange looking outlets. You have to use the bottom of the outlet which is also upsidedown of a typical us outlet. I did not think they would work at first because I encountered too much resistance. I contacted the seller thinking I had the wrong outlets but I indeed had the correct unit. I tried it again and the outlets work perfectly. The seller was amazing with very prompt replies and even offered a partial refund that I didn't accept because it was a user error
The product itself it perfect, but do not recommend overloading the top shelf with something too heavy. I don't know the precise weight of the Kim 8 system, but don't think it can handle too much more weight
I would minus a star for a lack of instructions but this is too easy to assemble. I used my childhood skills of put the square block into the square hole and the star into the star... Sarcasm aside, very easy assembly. Plus, I put the seller to work to fix my issue that was my fault. I should have repositioned the plug and try again
