I purchased this toaster last May because it matched my kitchen so well. I used it for a couple of months and then the toast wouldn't stay down. The latch didn't want to work. So I bought another toaster which works fine but I was bummed that I spent $200.00 on a toaster I couldn't use.I finally called customer service and they said I bought it too long ago and I'd have to fill out an order sheet and send the toaster back to them. It was too much work when I already had a new toaster so I decided to throw the Magimix away and leave a bad review.To my surprise a new toaster showed up at my doorstep this morning with a prepaid box to send the broken one back. The new toaster works great!I really liked the toaster and would have given it great reviews. But customer service save the day and I easily give the toaster a good review. However, if for some reason it doesn't work, call them right away.
