Nonna's mattarello, the highest grade pasta roller available! Traditional style, with modern precision. Billets are selected for their straight and pure grain. Slow dried in a vacuum kiln, to ideal moisture content, yielding the most resilient and durable material to be turned. All Nonna's mattarelli are lathe turned, in house (Stave Falls, BC) Suitable for home and professional chefs.
