This product got the job done. I have 3 dogs and 3 small kids and this thing is starting to make my life easier. I’m able to clean mud up after the dogs track it in in a matter of a few seconds. I needed to contact customer service in the beginning for a question and I was pleased with my service including responses very quickly even at night time. I’d recommend this product to anyone who needs a little help around the house and definitely if you have pets !I really love this electric mopper and it worked pretty well. There are a few drawbacks and we all know the battery power is one of them, but unlike other expensive moppers, the battery can be changed out on this unit so if you spend extra and get an extra battery, it's a matter of a quick swap to finish your floors without having to wait for a recharge..The battery lasts about 25-30 mins so I wasn't able to finish my 1040 sq foot apartment without having to recharge for another 2-3 hours. You can hear the power decrease as time goes on. It only cleans surface areas so anything you usually manually mop won't exactly remove. Some of the black specs that randomly always appear through my apartment didn't come up as well as some recent surface stains. Not sure if pine sol is fine to use (which I love because it cleans and sterilizes pretty well), but it generates a lot of soap suds, most likely due to the spinning brush. It works really well, but it's more of a all-in-one light surface mop. It's a bit pricey at almost $300 ($237.70 with $50 off coupon plus tax) and a separate battery and charger can be purchased for about another $109+tax which is needed if you want to clean your place decent without rushing the machine through or constantly waiting another 3 hours for a recharge. I did not move furniture and only the rugs that don't have furniture on them. I have to wait and recharge to finish up my living room and dining room.Overall, yes I do really like this a lot. I feel if I had one or two additional batteries that I should be able to do a decent job with the floors for 1040 square feet. And maybe a scrubber version of the brush to scrub the floors. It definitely beats manually mopping and cleans better than a manual mop with the exception of the harder to clean surfaces that require a little more scrubbing. I was hoping this would make my floors immaculate and it almost does that!My ideal goal here was to find something like this that can scour and sanitize my floors every week without manual labor of scrubbing it with a mop. I think this electric mop does pretty well for what it is, but I am definitely hoping for an electric version of one of these with 2x more power and 10x more scrubbing power. And to sometimes use it for hours at a time without being rushed so I can have extremely clean floors. These floors are constantly dirty leaving my feet black. I am not sure if it's the floors itself or the past tenants never cleaned them for decades.Either way I really love this unit and what it is, but an electric cord version should be "invented" (I thought about using the carpet washer on my floors).Used the Ticwell Whale Mopping Machine for over a year with favorable results.We did encounter a malfunction and reported to Ticwell (as instructed by Amazon.) Ticwell Customer Service responded promptly with a sincere interest in resolving the issue. After responding logical operational questions, I was asked if I wouldn't mind filming the malfunction, which I did. Shortly thereafter the problem was confirmed and I was assured the issue would be resolved promptly to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the customer service employee, the product, and the Ticwell Company.John F.I read the negative reviews and can say I believe most to be user error.It does a great job for keeping up your floors daily. It does not replace a deep clean of your hard floors, i now do mine once a month since it doesnt build up dirt nearly as quick now.Tips: stop spraying once roller is wet. Malheureusement, pour près de 300$, j’ai décidé d’abandonner la partie et de le retourner. Je préfère de loin employer ma vadrouille à jet ordinaire après avoir pris soin de passer mon aspirateur Dyson ou bien un coup de balai. J’ai plus l’impression que mon plancher est nettement plus propre.Si je songe à me procurer un appareil n’utilisant que de l’eau, j’envisagerais plutôt une mope à vapeur à la place.I got the Ticwell Cordless wet/dry vacuum in april and have been loving it since then. It has an amazing suction power and cleans the floors in one swipe. The best part is you can select whether you want to dispense the water and how much of it. It also has a self cleaning cycle. The battery lasts long enough for me to di the whole house. It is very easy to clean as the also provide a brush for to clean. The support team at ticwell is amazing too if you need any help with that. They give a very quick response and make sure you don’t face any problems in the future. I would say it’s amazing for what they are giving for the price.I was so excited to buy this and put it together especially for the cost but the sprayer doesn’t work and now I have to contact the company to hopefully figure out how to get it working or fixed or replaced I really do not want to have to return it through Amazon. A vacuum of all things. Ugh
