I purchased this machine because it was one of the cheapest I could find on Amazon. I wasn't sure if I would even use it or would enjoy making my own espressos at home. Turns out this is affordable espresso machine really was a good purchase. I've had it now for over 6 months and I use it almost daily with no issues what so ever. It doesn't have the bells and whistles that the more expensive machines have but it works great. It's simple to use and easy to clean and looks like on the counter. It's also small enough to store without any issues as well. It's a great machine to start off with before blowing a lot of money on one of the high end machines and this would also make a great gift.I've never owned an espresso machine before, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I really enjoy espresso (and coffee in general), and this machine makes tasty bean juice. For context, my go-to drink is an americano, and my wife loves a good latte (this machine is capable of both). Here's my list of pros/cons and suggested extra tools to make this machine shine.Pros:-Very easy to use - I still haven't opened the instructions, and have no intention to-Simple controls - No fancy LED screens or anything. Very straightforward.-Heats quickly - both the espresso and steam wand-Looks great - It's small and fits on the counter nicelyCons:-The included pressurized portafilter holds 11-12g of grounds in the largest basket (seems like a small amount because it kinda is...)-The water tank location isn't great, and it's on the small side. You have to purposely check the back of the machine to see the water level. There have already been several times that it's run dry on me... My fault, but it's still a con due to the design IMHO.-The steam wand is just ok... If you leave the outer sleeve on it, you get nothing but large foam. I suggest taking that off and working on angling whatever vessel you are using to try and create a vortex. This gives you some microfoam and hot milk, but I've never come close to anything that will create the latte art. Still tastes good, but the advertising is misleading. It's a good unit, and with a few extra tools, it makes really good espresso:-I suggest.... Scratch that.... You NEED a better tamper - specifically a calibrated tamper (around $15-25). They aren't that expensive, and the plastic tool that it comes with should just be thrown away.-I found a bottomless (not pressurized) portafilter that holds more grounds (straight from that Chinese site - under $20). This was a HUGE improvement to the quality and strength of espresso.-Puck screen helped the channeling. This was cheap ($6 from that Chinese site) and make a noticeable difference.-A portafilter dosing funnel will drastically cut down on the mess while allowing you to get in a full dose of grounds. There are several on this site - I suggest one that doesn't sit in the portafilter, rather a magnetic one that sits on top.-Last, but certainly not least (should be first or second....) get a decent scale that does gram measurement, and a decent burr grinder. Without these essential tools, each cup is a guessing game where the looser is your taste buds.If you're careful (it's not a hugely robust machine) then it should last a long time. I only really drink iced lattes and hot lattes - and they taste great. I do use Ethiopian light to medium roasted coffee though - and coffee that's been roasted three or four days prior to grinding for each use - that makes an astronomical difference I think. I fought bravely to avoid the abyss of coffee perfection but once I reluctantly reached the edge, I just jumped right in ?. So, I think this machine does exactly what it says it will do - it's a good price point and easy to use and clean - but again, it's not a particularly robust machine - so if you're a clumsy oaf - don't buy it!So I bought this for my Horse Trailer Living Quarters. It has taken a beating going up and down the road, in and out of the cabinet, and being dropped from 6' out of said cabinet. It produces a lovely froth, although I would like it to be hotter, I really can't complain since I like it around 140 degrees anyway. It pulls a nice espresso, is pretty quick, and it's easy to clean. I have used it all summer and put it through hell and back and it keeps ticking!!!!! Totally recommend. Oh, and its narrow so its a good space saving unit for RVs and small kitchens. Did I mention it makes a great cup of espresso/capachino?This was my second attempt at a low cost espresso machine after my giant mr coffee espresso machine finally died (and thank goodness it did because this one is so much better!). The first one I ordered from Amazon, of a different manufacturer, didn’t build pressure or work at all so I thought maybe low cost machines are not the way to go… But then I found this one! I thought maybe the white colour would look cheap and flimsy but it really doesn’t. It was kind of weird at first to have no pressure gauge but I don’t miss it. The steamer wand is small but mighty- I bought a 12 ounce steamer cup which seemed quite small at first too but is actually perfect because I never waste milk anymore, and it’s plenty big enough to make a super frothy wet cappuccino. The “warming plate “on the top is just enough to warm a cup but not burn you or anything else that you set on top of it which I did look for in a machine, and it’s hard to find. I set my Swedish dish towel on top of it to dry it a bit between coffees. I didn’t even realize it had an auto shut off until a few weeks into using it /leaving it on so that’s obviously a necessity! This is so much easier to clean than that stupid Mr. coffee machine, and for someone who likes to clean as I go that means getting my coffee in me even faster haha! a little steamer wand cleaning trick I learned as a barista for many years, is to the hold your wet rag/Swedish dish towel/etc. around the steamer wand and turn it on for a few seconds to clean out the inside; Any milk residue will come out with the steam (and basically sanitize your rag at the same time!) just don’t steam/burn your hand.If you’re looking for a great little espresso machine this is it!It does the job, but it's noisy. Made out of plastic material, wish it was more sturdy so it doesn't look so cheap. Ment to return it,but ended up keeping it after all.No lo encendí porque no me gusto elMaterial y lo regrese
