Updated review: I contacted the manufacturer, and although it did take them 4 days to contact me, that actually did!! I did NOT do a return. They quickly saw the problem (I supplied photos) and said they would send out a replacement. Awesome. Had no idea how long the replacement would take to get here, kinda figured weeks. But it arrived in 2 days! I'm very pleased and very impressed with the customer service provided for these baskets.Also, I added a few more pics, and if you get a basket that looks wonky, and not square, the wire hoop around the top moves. Just play around with moving the fabric over the hoop and it will 'pop' or move and eventually you will get it squared up and looking nice. Now all I need is to steam these to get the wrinkles out (another Amazon purchase, as I do not have a steamer).I ordered the large basket to use as a plastic bottle recycle bin, and to replace the round pop-up basket I was using. To look nicer and to build a recycle station with a row of matching products. I also ordered three of the 27" slim baskets as well.This basket/bin is a rectangle, not square, but close enough. And it matches the 27" slim, rectangle baskets in length, height and color, so when all are in a row, side by side, it looks much nicer than the mismatched set of bins I was using for recycling. (Plastic bottles and jugs, plastic bags - (recycle at stores), aluminum cans and paper). It works great for the lightweight plastic bottles that I fill it with.The bases/bottoms are stiffened with a very thin board sewn in-between two layers of material and it is flexible and won't hold much weight, and should you be ruff with the bottom it will snap, especially at the corners - as the wheels are a bit small and don't spread out the weight over the bottom of the basket well at all. But for my use, it's perfect.The three matching-colored slim baskets I received do match and DO NOT have Laundry printed on them. I really wish the large basket didn't have laundry on it either, but I keep that turned towards the wall. And, yes, actually I do have these in my livingroom where everyone can see them :/ , no other space in my house for a recycle station, so I've made do the best I can. Recycling cuts down on how full my garbage bin gets, and I never get an overfilled/oversize (open lid) charge.However, one of the 3 slim baskets arrived with a broken corner and is not usable. I contacted the manufacturer as ask in the paperwork inside the product, and after 3 days I still have not heard a thing back. So, I will do a return and get a refund and order another, hoping it arrives undamaged.This product is exactly as described. The material is pretty sturdy and holds it shape once the structure poles have been inserted. It is perfect for small spaces. Order the taller one unless you have a height and width restriction. I am able to fit a week’s worth of clothes for my 5 year old son and myself in it comfortably. The pull handle is made of faux leather so I would not suggest pulling a full load by the handle. The wheels are pretty cheap and they mainly roll forwards and backwards, and often drag when pulled in other directions. Main point is that it functions as described.This hamper works pretty well, but use it with care. It doesn't hold up well if it has too much clothing in it or has something put on top of it, like a bath towel hanging partially over it -- the poles used to give it structure (think of it like a tent) will come undone. My teens wanted one for their rooms, but I foresee them tossing jeans or something in there and it collapsing.I don't often reviews, but I certainly do appreciate all those that take the time to do it as it has helped me with many purchases that I have made. However, there are a lot of reviewer's that I swear write reviews just out of pure spite and because their life is "in general" so unhappy that they need criticize something just make themselves feel better. I received my hamper the other day and set it up right away. All items were there and in excellent condition, (mesh bag, poles, ect.) So here's the deal. I ordered the 27in hamper but it is not exactly 27in. Yes, I measured it. If you measure from the bottom of the bag to the top, it is actually 26.4 inches, and if you were to measure from the wheel to the top it comes to a little over 28 inches. In my opinion, I have No qualms about that however, there is "ALWAYS" someone that is going to nit pick about it and want to complain that the description is wrong/not accurate and write a bad review over something so trivial as a cm or 1/2 in. Therefore if you are that person, and this would completely set you off the rails, Don't Buy It! Otherwise, this is a Great Hamper. Color is nice, Fabric is just as any other laundry bag only a bit thicker, So easy to set up, and fits pretty much anywhere. My Bathroom is exceptionally small and this hamper fits great and boy does it hold a lot! I stuffed it with a bunch of clothes (including towels) just after finishing my laundry all jumbled together just to see how much it would actually hold, and I also packed it after I folded all of my clothes and it held even more. The wheels seem to be sturdy and the little lock on one of the wheels is nice so it doesn't just move around if you don't want it to, and when not locked rolls nicely even over carpet. The mesh bag is a bit thin, so I don't yet know how long it will hold up if stuffing the bag full and using it to carry all of the laundry to and fro multiple times, but it is certainly nice to have and be able to use for delicates in the washer to keep them from getting tangled up. All in all, it is a nice space saver hamper and suits my needs. I'm very pleased with it.This fits perfectly in my bathroom. It holds a week of laundry. I like the fact that when it gets full the sides do not bulge. It is easy to put together and is attractive in the bathroom. The only complaint I have is the wheels do not turn easily so rolling it is hard unless I physically rotate the wheels in the direction I am going. Other then that, this is an excellent investment for a small bathroom.I like that it's convenient to fit in small spaces. Keeps laundry off the floor or in a bag ? on the floor. The pulls that construct the bones are a bit flimsy. Yet all in all it works very for me in a small 2 bedroom with little space.I love these baskets and they are so nice and high quality. I ordered two, but, I only got one set of rods to support the sides of the basket. I split the four rods between the two baskets and it works okay, but I do need to find some comparable rods to fill the empty slots. Other than not getting all of the right parts, I’d definitely recommend these baskets!!Slimline laundry basket which holds quite a lot of clothes. We bought this to prevent our baby from creating laundry avalanches with our previous basket. It works a treat and our baby has now moved onto messing up clean laundry on the drier instead.Aesthetically it’s a good product, we choose a neutral grey and takes up less space than a round basket. Fits behind doors and slightly wide gaps (no less than 20cm). There’s a laundry net within and wheels for manoeuvrability. We got this on discount so even better. We left it to the kids and minder to set up which was a doddle. The bag does arrive quite crinkled up but looks much better when completed and ready to go.Absolutely love this washing basket! Cant really fault it at all and I'd definitely buy it again. Its obviously a bit wobby if you're whizzing about doing laundry at top speed, but that's just because it's tall and narrow.Its a brilliant size compared to other ones I was looking at. Comes up to about hip hight, so easy to drag about when you really cant be bothered doing the washing.False advertisement, not what it is in picture it does not have the laundry part attached clearly you must have to buy this separately which it does not state, I wouldn't of bought it if I'd of known.This seemed ok at first but in use it seems flimsy, one of the tabs that hold the rods in place fell off very quickly and the whole thing is unstable. The creases it came with have never goneAfter using this for a few weeks now I'm am very happy. Fits my space exactly. Takes a very good amount of clothes and seems pretty sturdy. Easy to assemble too. I'm slightly concerned about lifting the mesh bag with a full load, it feels it might rip at some point but so far, so good.
