Perfect jacket to wear alone in the spring or fall. I’m in Missouri, USA. You can also wear it underneath a heavier coat for layering. It has several pockets and strings for tightening. The sleeves have Velcro at the wrists. Love this coat. The only thing I wish you could do is unzip the hood from the jacket for when you pair it with another jacket that also has a hood. I’ll have this jacket for years to come.I LOVE this jacket. We're headed to Iceland this summer and I bought one for each of us. I love the color. I love the fit. It packs well.I liked the overall fit and look of the jacket. However, the jacket was not water resistant as I was out in a misting rain and ended up soaked. The jacket did not keep any of the rain out and actually absorbed the rain. There were still parts of the inside still wet the next day. Very disappointed as I took this jacket for my trip to Iceland.
