6-Drawer Wide Wooden Rolling Cart with Wheels - Gray Storage Organizer for Home, Office, or Craft Room

I'm a 74 year old woman and I've put together a lot of things over the years and this is the worst. Pegs are used instead of allen bolts or screws in places where needed; nails are used to attach the back (should be screws); slider holes weren't deep enough, therefore drawers would not slide in; predrilled holes for reception of screws were missing in drawer sides; and bottoms of drawers tried coming out when opening drawers. So, I spent a few hours redrilling holes for the sliders, adding predrilled holes for drawers, putting screws on back instead of nails, and screwing in the drawer bottoms to keep in place. It all works now, thanks to my mechanical know how learned working on the farm. The top just rests freely on pegs - has to be glued - no screws provided to make it permanent. I kept it just because I knew I could probably get it to work correctly and not wanting to attempt putting everything in the box to fit as perfectly airtight as they had it. They rely on people not wanting to return this. Plus, the measurement I saw online was from top to the floor. It's actually top to bottom of cabinet, not including the roll feet. So I had to leave them off to have it fit under my desk. I'm asking for a partial refund. Will update after their response.
