This is just what I needed. Assembly was easy. It rolls smoothly when I want and doesn't roll once I step on it. It's easier than climbing on a chair to reach the top shelf of my kitchen cabinets.Love this step ladder. I do wish it was not so wide though. I use it in my pantry to reach the top shelves.I am so happy with this product that I ordered a second one immediately after. It is very sturdy, strong, lightweight, and Of grate quality!I can’t express enough how impressed I am with this rolling step stole. It is wide enough and you dint have to worry about falling offOr losing your balanceUnfortunately. NOT a folding step stool!! I was fooled by the pictures. IT CAME FOLDED in the box!!! But once you assemble it (6 carriage bolts and locking nuts), it is not folding. Sigh..I know this is my fault for not reading every single review in advance. But I also blame Amazon, I specifically searched for FOLDING STEP STOOLS.... Why was this near the top of the items that came back from that search????It is very sturdy, it rolls, and when stood on it sinks to the floor on the feet. I am not sure I can use this in my camper,I really wanted something that folded flat enough to store in a small closet. My overhead cabinets are not useful without something to stand on.This stool is very sturdy and well made but it does NOT fold up as stated in the description.I needed a small rolling step stool so I could reach the top shelves of my closets. Since my ceilings are 9ft instead of 8ft, the Kik Step Rolling Stool wasn't tall enough. The casters are sturdy and roll smoothly. When you step on the stool, the rubber cups on the bottom stop the stool from rolling around and the steps are sturdy and wide so they don't flex when you stand on them.It's a nice stool but, because it doesn't fold up, it takes up a lot of room in a not so very big closet. Had I known this before hand, I would not have purchased this stool.I wanted a step ladder that I could use throughout the house every day. I am short, and have many cabinets, shelves, etc that I must access daily but cannot reach. This item is well made and sturdy, but perhaps too much so as it is prohibitively heavy to drag around. Had to return.One of the support bars was bent just enough to prevent us getting that last screw in without using a hammer and long screwdriver. Finally got it done but without two helping it's not going to be easy.A nice ladder but... Make sure you step off it the right way otherwise it may slip right out from under your feet. Make sure you step off directly back and not off to the side even a little. A little difficult to assemble but nothing the average person couldn't handle. I did end up purchasing a second one for another location.
