I don't usually spend this much money on office chairs, but after dealing with a very short, very cheap chair provided by my work I decided to take a chance on a nicer, mesh chair. I could not be happier with this decision. The lower back support in particular is very helpful and has gone a long way in easing my back pain without having to buy any extra pads or supports.The arm rests are adjustable in height and angle, making it easy to set your arms at a level that is most comfortable. If you have trouble with carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome and find your hands getting that "falling asleep" feeling throughout the day, the extra support may help alleviate some of that. The neck rest is also adjustable and provides great support when you lean back in the chair.Be advised that the default tension resistance of the chair is very loose, so you will lean back with very little effort unless you adjust the dial on the underside of the chair to tighten things up. I mostly sit up straight with the chair locked so that it doesn't lean back.As an added bonus, I'll say that this chair is very durable. Because I am a clumsy oaf, I managed to knock it over onto my tile floor and it suffered absolutely no damage. This is a quality product that will last. Setup was a breeze with clear instructions, though be advised that the neck rest is a little tricky to put on because the bolts used to fasten it are set pretty deep so it's a little tough to maneuver the allen wrench.I'm happy I bought this and it's made my work day so much more comfortable. The mesh breathes well and provides so much support that was lacking from other chairs I've bought. I would recommend this chair to any of my friends.I purchased this chair in June of 2021. I found that initially i had to adjust to the feel of the mesh seat (the sides squeeze in some due to no bottom support, which makes sense). After a few weeks, I found myself VERY comfortable and appreciating the fact that I never felt overly warm sitting in this chair over work from home sessions of over 8 hours. On top of that, the adjustability is good and the chair has held up well.Until... One of the arm wrests unfortunately broke. I don't blame manufacturing, I was standing up using the front of the wrest as support, which is the worst leverage possible way you could do it for this design. I reached out to Komene directly on amazon to ask how I could purchase a replacement arm (since I really consider this my own fault). Support asked for the information about my purchase, and simply sent me a replacement for free. The process was shockingly easy (especially for an amazon reseller) and quick.Thank you Komene and your support team, I am extremely happy with this chair and recommend it for both the quality of the chair and quality of support.laI came from a $500+ DXRacer chair, and I prefer this chair in almost every way. The mesh works wonders for temperature, and it feels like it's keeping my back in a healthy shape. You may not like it for the first week or 2 if you're coming from a non-ergonomic chair, but in the long term, your back will thank you.I have one minor nitpick- The positions that you can lock the back in are too far and few between. I sit in the most vertical position possible when playing games, and the first reclined position is great for watching videos or something. But for actually doing work at my desk, I wish there was a locking point for slightly inclined. I don't want to sit 90 degrees vertical when working, but the next best locking point almost feels like I'm laying down. If there was just one locking point between the 1st and the 2nd, I'd say this is a perfect chair at this price point.I bought this chair for my husband who had purchased an actual $400 gaming chair about 2 years ago. He complained all the time about his back and neck hurting after just spending an hour in his other chair. This chair however, he absolutely loves. It has amazing support and your butt doesn’t go numb sitting for hours at a time. Love, love, love this chair.This chair is comfortable and provides the lower back support I needed. Easy to setup, lots of customizability. But what I really want to discuss is Komene, the company that sells the chair. About a month ago (2 years after I purchased the chair) my chair broke, the screws in the lumbar support ripped free of the plastic. I tried to reach out to the company through Amazon for a replacement part. They were very friendly, quick to respond, and they were very quick to send the replacement part to me. It is greatly appreciated, when amazon has so many unscrupulous sellers hocking their garbage, to find a company so ready and willing to stand behind their product and provide assistance asap.
