I really like their quick after-sales customer service and thus have increase the rating. The reason is that it really shows that they stand behind their product. So I have absolute confident in purchasing the MEIJIA cases in the future. Just contact them if you have problems with your product and I am sure they will work things out for you.-------------- This is my first MEIJIA heavy duty case and I have to say it’s disappointing. But before I get to that point, let’s go through what I like about the case. It’s sturdy and heavy which I like. Feels heavy duty. The sliding handle is smooth and works well. The wheels are good as well, although it’s noisier than my carry-on luggage. Inside the foams are precut to small squares and so you can really customize it to fit anything you like. Because it’s thick, you could really use it for thicker electronics or any things that’s valuable and need protection while transporting. The latches were super easy and effortlessly open. Just pull the handle and you are able to release it quickly. I really like that design. The case is big. It’s bigger than my carry-on luggage and so it won’t pass the carry-on allowance for airlines. You’d need a smaller size case.- Here is the disappointing part. One latch is broken on arrival. The broken off part is nowhere to be found either. The top of the case has scratches. Looks like a used item. But upon inspection of the inside of the foam, I found that the inside is brand new. So my guest is that the way the product is packaged led to this problem. I order a few carry-on luggage here on amazon and they are always in a plastic bag and inside a cardboard box for maximum protection. This Meijia heavy duty has neither. And so it’s easy to get scratches and possible damage (like the ones I received) at any time once it leaves the factory. For $340 (at the time of review), it’s really unacceptable. This is my first heavy duty case from Meijia and it’s really disappointing.
